  • Life is a mirror

    What we see, feel, and experience from our reality is simply mirroring what’s within us. Alchemy happens when we dare to descend into the discomfort and shadows of our being. That’s when the mirror becomes clearer, that’s when reality changes, and timelines shift.

  • Self-awareness is vital for alchemy

    Having the courage to inquire within allows us to be supported in our awakening to what is going on in our lives. It takes guts to look at our shadows. It feels confronting to become aware of the distortions and projections so many of us live from. But only by examining our behaviour and beliefs will we change how we act, think and feel, and create powerful alchemy and life changes.

  • Allowing yourself to be open, vulnerable and supported WILL change everything.

    The moment you allow yourself to be seen and supported is the moment things start to shift. When you stop hiding from the discomfort of your feelings, a whole new world awaits.
