For the past seven years, I have gone deep. Emoceans deep! Exploring my inner world, acknowledging old feelings and emotions that I pushed away, reframing my entire belief system and awakening more and more to my true self. It’s been a journey that continues. I spent most of my life struggling to understand my place here, not understanding my purpose or passions, hopping from job to job and working relentlessly helping other people's businesses thrive, too tired to focus on my own. I lost myself working in this way, and burned out easily.

The problem was I didn't feel WORTHY to have my own successful business, so I hid behind other people’s work. I didn’t believe in myself, and didn’t know how to express my creativity in an aligned way. I started many businesses (which gave me so much great experience) but I never put the same energy into them as I did for others. My nervous system didn't feel SAFE to hold the kind of prosperity that I could only imagine in my wildest dreams. The inner parts of me that were hurt from past experiences and needed attention were screaming and shouting at me to be present with them, to LISTEN to their needs, but I ignored them. Once I started reconnecting with my body, clarity started to arrive and I found all the answers I needed within. I cultivated safety in my nervous system and a strong foundation that allowed me to HOLD money instead of it just falling through the cracks. My life slowly changed. Little did I know this all created the knowledge and foundation from which I birth this work and offer my gifts to you. It was a blessing all along! 

And now, I’m a certified trauma-informed coach with experience supporting people in many ways. From Bio-Energy Healing to EFT, teaching courses on embodiment, running breathwork workshops and co-facilitating retreats, I have a deep interest and commitment to spiritual development and holistic healing. On the other hand, my varied work history has led me into business consulting, brand development and becoming an expert in sales live-streaming on TikTok, creating a training programme off the back of that and teaching brands and presenters the ins and outs of this world. My work has ALWAYS been multifaceted.

On my healing journey, and in my consulting work, I’ve seen the same pattern emerge with businesses and individuals that face challenges with revenue, and that is a lack of understanding that our business is a reflection of us. What many don’t see is that how we feel and how we think plays a vital role in the success (or lack thereof) of our business. This is why I created my coaching and mentorship: to share my experience, to offer a new perspective, to illuminate blind spots preventing success and to normalise doing the inner work! My work is a blend of all my experience and skills in practical strategy and business-focused plans, spiritual principles and mental and emotional inner work.
