These sessions are designed to spark new ideas and provide clarity, to start the journey of carving a new path out of these tough situations. Sessions are held online and tailored to each individual, encompassing various techniques such as talking, visiting past events, conscious breathing, guided inner journeys, conscious movement, body awareness, emotional freedom technique, and reprogramming outdated mindset and beliefs. I also love to weave in Human Design.
These sessions are designed to create a safe space for your nervous system and body to process emotions and gain clarity. We work on integrating past versions of yourself that struggled with worthiness and safety, while finding new ways to safely increase your capacity to hold more of what you want, embrace your passion and transform your relationship with money.
Together, we aim to move forward with joy, excitement, and confidence.

For anyone who is committed to making long lasting change, the mentorship is for you. Mentorships include a weekly 90 minute session on Zoom and are a way of diving deep and creating the change you wish to see in your life through your business/purpose work.
These containers start with one month of coaching; if you wish to continue the work, sessions can continue on a rolling basis based on individual needs and level of commitment.
As a Trauma-Informed coach, I will hold space for you as we work together to bring clarity, understanding, fulfilment and joy for your next steps forward in your business. If you are wanting to start a business but struggle to find your passion or purpose, we can work on this.
