Booking Terms & Conditions
Rescheduling Appointments:
You may reschedule your appointment up to two times without forfeiting your session fee. All rescheduling must occur within 48 hours of the original appointment time.
Cancelling Appointments:
To receive a refund of your session fee, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Missed Appointments:
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be allowed one opportunity to rebook. Missing a second appointment will result in forfeiture of your session fee.
If you anticipate being late, please inform me as soon as possible. I will wait for up to 15 minutes past your scheduled time. After 15 minutes, the session will need to be rebooked, and you will be allowed one rebooking in this case.
Payment Policy:
All session fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
No-Show Definition:
A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for your appointment without providing any notice or arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior communication.
Emergency Exceptions:
I understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss options.
Communication Channels:
To reschedule, cancel, or inform me of any changes, please contact me at wave@emoceansdeep.com at least 72 hours before your appointment.
Confirmation and Reminders:
Appointment confirmations will be sent at the time of booking. You will also receive a reminder before your scheduled session.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not available once services have been provided.
