LEAP: Embodied Business Monthly Mentorship
For anyone who is committed to making long lasting change, the mentorship is for you. Mentorships include a weekly 60 minute session on Zoom and are a way of diving deep and creating the change you wish to see in your life through your business/purpose work.
These containers start with one month of coaching; if you wish to continue the work, sessions can continue on a rolling basis based on individual needs and level of commitment.
I will hold space for you as we work together to bring clarity, understanding, fulfilment and joy for your next steps forward in your business. If you are wanting to start a business but struggle to find your passion or purpose, we can work on this. Though each clients journey will be unique, your mentorship will follow this structure:
Week 1: Understanding the challenges you face, getting to the core of the issue and getting clear on intention; what do you want for your business and life? Here we lay the grounding and set the foundation for the work ahead.
Week 2: We identify unconscious thoughts and beliefs and rewire new narratives through embodied practices
Week 3: Going within: What is happening inside you? What stresses or traumas are preventing you from moving forward? A safe space is held for working through anything that arises.
Week 4: A grounded action plan for moving forward, creating new patterns and behaviours, visiting the original intention, and clarity for the next steps.
Between sessions, you’ll be given ongoing support: ‘homework’, embodiment practice videos, and space to ask questions to receive guidance.
